Sport Rules

All wagers at Grande Sports are subject to the following rules. Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.

Baseball - Football - Basketball - Hockey - Boxing - Soccer - Golf - Tennis

Baseball

Games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. In the case of a called or suspended game, the score after the last full inning determines the winner, unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. In that case the score at the time the game is called will determine the winner.

Baseball Wagers

Action: A team against team wager regardless of which pitcher starts the game. If a pitching change occurs prior to game time, the odds on the game may change and the wager payout will be adjusted to the opening odds for the new pitcher(s).
Listed Pitchers: Both pitchers specified when placing the wager must start* or the bet is considered "no action" and money risked is returned to the player account.
Single Pitcher Listed: One pitcher is specified at the time of the wager to start* the game. If the specified pitcher does not start the game, then the bet is deemed "no action".

Totals: The total score of both teams combined. When wagering on total runs (over/under), the game must go 9 innings or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead or the wager is deemed "no action". Total wagers are always Listed Pitchers.
Run Lines: A point spread and money line wager combined. The game must go 9 innings or 8½ if the home team is ahead or the wager is considered "no action". Run Line wagers are always Listed Pitchers.
Props: Game must go 9 innings or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead. All prop wagers are Listed Pitchers.

MLB - SERIES

Bets on series are based on the FIRST 3 GAMES PLAYED of each series. Neither team can play another opponent between scheduled games. If one of the first three games gets postponed, all wagers stand (ACTION). If less than 3 games are played, the team with the advantage is the winner of the series.

*Each team's starting pitcher is defined as the pitcher who throws the first pitch.

Football

For wagering purposes, a football game becomes official after 55 minutes of play. Games not reaching 55 minutes of play are considered "no action" and risked money is refunded. All games must be played on the specified date or will be deemed "no action".

All wagers on Sides, Totals, Money Lines, 2nd Half Sides and Totals include overtime scoring.

Basketball

For wagering purposes, a Professional Basketball game is considered official after 43 minutes of play, and a College Basketball game is official after 35 minutes of play. Games ending under the official time are considered "no action" and risked money is refunded. All games must be played on the specified date or wagers will be deemed "no action".

All wagers on Sides, Totals, Money Lines, 2nd Half Sides and Totals include overtime scoring.

Hockey

For wagering purposes a Hockey game is considered official after 55 minutes of play. Games ending under the official time are considered "no action" and risked money is refunded. All games must be played on the specified date and specified site or wagers will be deemed "no action".

All hockey wagers include overtime scoring.

Boxing

A bout is considered official when the bell rings signifying the start of the first round.

For wagers on round totals, the scheduled length of the bout cannot change or wagers are deemed "no action".

In the case of a draw, if no Draw Line was offered for the bout, then wagers placed on either fighter are considered "no action". If a Draw Line was offered at the time of the wager, then a wager on either fighter is a loss and a draw wager is a win.

Official stoppage of a round before the sounding of the bell does not constitute a full round. A full round is only considered for wagering purposes when the bell sounds signifying the end of said round.

Soccer

Grande Sports offers soccer wagers with a Money Line and a Draw Line. Wagers are based on 90 minutes of play and injury time. If the match is a tie at the end of 90 minutes, then all team (side) wagers are a loss and draw wagers are graded as a win. If either team wins in 90 minutes, then draw wagers are graded as a loss.

Game totals (over/under) only include scoring during the first 90 minutes of play including injury time.

A game must be played within 48 hours of the original starting time or wagers are considered "no action".

If a game is suspended prior to 90 minutes of play (w/ injury time) and not resumed the same day, then all wagers are considered "no action".

Golf Matchups

Both golfers in a match-up must tee off to start the tournament or the wager is considered "no action". Most completed holes wins regardless of score. If players complete the same number of holes, then the lowest score wins. If the players tie, then the wager is deemed "no action" and risked money is returned.

If one of the golfers misses the cut, withdraws, or is disqualified during the tournament, the opposing golfer wins the match-up.

Tennis

A Tennis match is considered official after the first point of the first set has been posted.

For Tennis Match betting, in the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.

Wagers placed on match-ups will have action even if the match is postponed and completed on a later date.

In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand: (a) a change of playing surface, (b) a change of venue or (c) a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.
